Could The Dry Patch Of Skin Above Neck Be Due To Psoriasis?
My 8 year old girl has a large spleen of about 22 cm and a large liver she also has a dry oatch of skin at the bak of her head just above the neck could that be psoriasis amd is thet linked with her spleen and liver she is also diagnosed with rohns disease wen she was 5

Hi.... rather than considering a different diagnosis liKe psoriasis in this case I would prefer to consider this skin lesion an extra intestinal manifestation of Crohns disease. But skin conditions are always diagnosed after directly seeing them, so I suggest that you upload an image of the area of the skin involved so that I can guide you better and more scientifically.
