Could The Hemorrhoid And Polyp Be Due To Coccyx Injury?

I had a slip and fall and fractured 1 or more of vertebra from x-ray and been on medication and i still have pain. from falling backward on hard surface.in water. This happened in March. Now in May , I went to hospital to have colonoscopy and the doctor took out hemorrhoid, polyp x1. Could my slip and fall on my tailbone and back caused this? I had pain sitting and bending down and I had trouble using the bathroom. I had constipation along with the pain . I am 57 years old , 135 pounds, I take medication for hypertension DeeDee
