There is some chance of greeting infection if you had a sex with HIV positive women.

The symptoms that have you described is not of HIV.

the symptoms of HIV will develop over years after getting infection.

Regarding test it will come positive at least after 3 to 4 week.

please repeat after 1 month.

Thank you.

But precaution should be taken and avoid sex in such which risk is more.

Take care.
