Could The Pain In Stomach Be Due To Medicines Or Acid Reflux?

I take sertraline and omeprazole, 1x each da.
I also take vitamin c (1000mg), calcium (1200 mg), vitamin d (1000mdg), múltiple vitamin, 1x each da.

This afternoon after eating Chichen salad, and taking my daily pills, i started having pain, i believe it is due to acid reflux. On the other hand, i can't help wonder if the unbearable pain is due the pills i took.

Please help me decipher the pills i take daily.

tanks for the qn..pain is due to spicy foods which u ate ...so avoid spicy foods, junk foods,...drink plenty of water..avoid oily foods...make a hanbit of eating vegetables and fruits..be helathy...nothin z gonna touch you n future..no noeed of any pills..
