Could The Pain In Testicles A Part Of Growing Up Or Medical Emergency?

my son just turned 12 yrs old 3 months ago, yesterday he started complaining about his testicles are paining and he has difficulty walking but couple of days ago he said that he noticed his pajama wet when he got up. Today he got up still complaining about his testicles are hurting but, he went to the washroom and started seeing clear slummy liquid coming out (I think he's ejaculate) after few moment he said his testicles are not hurting any more. Not sure if this is part of growing up or medical emergency?

Does he has pin during urination?
Does lifting his testes relieve pain?
Or touching testes is painful?
If the answers for above are negative and after discharge of content ,if everything is fine ,then its ejaculation .it is the normal physiological process every male undergoes.pain settles down when the body adapts completely to alkaline semen.
