Because i am fatigued and not even going to the work...kindly suggest me.. i was given Nitrofur, flavospas and citro soda...but i am vomiting after 10 minutes of its intake..Please help me.
Your symptoms and symptoms are very much suggestive of urinary tract infection. We advise empirical therapy of antibiotics according to local patterns of sensitivity after send urine for culture and sensitivity.
Nitrofurantion is a good choice in your case. The disease, infact any infection, does causes vomiting so it is advised to take antiemetics before taking nitrofurantoin otherwise any Intravenous antibiotic with good local sensitivity should be given.
It is also advised to find cause of UTI by doing Ultrasound and Xray for any stones, Or anatomic abnormalities or other causes of urinary tract infection.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
