Could The Side Effects Like Shaky Hands, Mild Fever And Slight Pressure On The Chest Be Due To Pravastatin Tablet?

I started taking atenolol and pravastatin about two weeks ago and have recently had symptoms including shaky hands (mostly in the morning), a mild fever that kicks in here and there during the day, and slight pressure in my chest on the left side. Over the past few days, the chest pressure has subsided due to what I believe was gas. (I could feel it release, especially after burping.) Mt heart rate was also fast but is back to normal, which for me runs between 75-80. I'm thinking it could be side effects but everything I read online says they don't interact. I'm also decreasing my alcohol intake and thought at first it was the DTs, but I've been slowly reducing my alcahol for a month and a half, so I don't think it would take that long for the DTs to occur. I take Omeprazole for Gerd as well as a multivitamin. Thoughts? I think it may be a side effect from the Pravastatin...

No this is not the side effects of any medicine but could be due to your functional problems and worry, your stress level could give such symptoms and not the drug, you need to control your self, stop thinking negatively, every thing will be alright take care bye.
