Could The Spotting And Back Pain Be Due To Fertility Vitamins?

My period this month came one day early and lasted for 3 days stopped for one and then I started spotting brown and have been for five days. I have had lower back pain and don t feel myself. I have had a history of endometriosis and have had 1 ovary removed. This past year I had 2 ivf attempts and was told that everything looked good when I had many ultra sound. I have been taking fertility vitamins for the past 2 months and had actually thought that my cycles had been better until now. Could I be experiencing the spotting and back pain because of the vitamins?

Hi,

Fertility drugs used in IVF treatment may cause back pain or fatigue. Spotting can be caused from 2 weeks after fertility drug treatment. Any heavy bleeding or abdominal pain should be taken seriously. LH and estradiol levels may need to be measured along with follicular study.
