Could The Swelling In Buttocks Be Due To Piles?

hi my name is manu. I am 28 years old. I have no medical history but recently i feel a swolen cheek inside my bumb... Is it piles... I am not feeling any pain while disposing waste material and also there is no sign of blood too. Please suggest as i am tensed about it

As per my surgical experience, piles can give swelling around anus region but not in other part of buttocks.
