Hi
Welcome to healthcaremagic
I have gone through your query and understand your concern.Your problem can be arthritis. You should exclude rheumatoid arthritis by getting rheumatoid factor test done. You should also get your vitamin D test as tiredness can be due to this. If found low you should get supplements of vitamin D3. For pain relief you can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You can discuss with your doctor about it. Hope your query get answered.
