Could The Watery Green Stools And Fever Be Due To Teething?

My Baby is 1.5 Year old, Since last 15 days he is suffering from loose motions, first 10 days he suffered from watery Green stool, after looking first 3-4 days we rushed to doctor, doctor suggested us Zinkonia then Entrogermina, and then Topcef, and now his stool colour looks ok, but still stool is bit watery and sometimes a fever so Doctor said give him ViBact, So we bought it, and found its powder in a bottle, we have to add water in it and we have to keep it in fridge (as per instructions on bottle, not just cool n dry place, specifically mentioned as keep in refrigerator) and use it within 5 days (3 times a day), so we started it, now today is 3rd day of Vibact dose, but he is now suffering from cold and cough badly. Is this due to that cold dose of vibact medicine ? while before giving we keep it outside for 1/2 hr, we make it to normal temperature, then we feed it.
Are we doing anything wrong ? What should we do ? Is there any relation of teething ? As some are asking me to start Den-tonic pills.
As still he is very active and doing lots of things without stopping so doctor said, he is not sick, but this is infection.
