Could The White Spots On Transvaginal US Indicate Endometriosis?

What are the white spots when transvaginal ultrasound is done? I have had abnormal cells for few years. Dr is very pro active and watches. After my tansvaginal ultrasound Dr stated the cells have grown and doubled so a biopsy was done. Also told I now have endometriosis. Three days after that biopsy I was asked to come back in for another biopsy.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You have some abnormal cells for fer years. it may be due to some dysplasia or malignancy. You should go for endometiral biopsy to confirm the diagnosis.

Endometriosis is ectopic endometrial tissue. It can be in uterus or outside the uterus also. Don't worry much about that. Medroxyprogesterone is useful in endometriosis. Don't worry about white spot on USG. Just go for biopsy and take treatment according to diagnosis.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
