Could Tuberculosis Drug Cause Acne?

Hello I am wondering is tuberculosis drug could cause my skin to have permanent acne (I took it over ten years ago, had previously absolutely clear skin and now still struggle with acne - it started right after I took the TB drug). Now I am constantly on spironolatone and also Retin A. Could it be because of the drug I took over 10 years ago?
