Could Twitching In Thigh Be Related To Miscarriage Or Inactivity?

Should I worry? I had a miscarriage on March 9 and 2 days ago the back of my left thigh subtly twitches/vibrates when I walk...but then quickly disappears. Then it comes back briefly...I have been resting more...is it just from being inactive? Or could it be something odd from the miscarriage? (I was 9 weeks along)

Hi,
Occasional muscle twitching can have several causes like simple electrolyte imbalance, muscle strain, trauma to the nerve endings or muscle fibers etc. It can also be due to the position adopted while doing some procedures on the uterus and the vagina. It should subside with rest and proper nourishment. If not so, you need to be investigated further to rule out organic causes. Miscarriage and the subsequent procedures are not the likely cause. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
