Could Using E-cigarettes Cause An Increase In Blood Pressure While Taking Propranolol For Anxiety?
I'm always in fight-or-flight and I've slowly tapered off the clozepam but my blood pressure (and anxiety) has gone way up since I did so. It's even worse since I switched from Atenolol to Propranolol. I also am a heavy user of e-cigarettes (the only thing that keeps me from smoking). Can the e-cig cause increased blood pressure?
I went through your details. I warn you, even in e cigarettes, There is nicotine content dissolved in propylene glycol. Latest studies shows that it is equally harmful as normal cigarettes. You have to quit smoking altogether for good.
So e cigarette is as bad as normal cigarette for an anxiety patient. Stop smoking altogether. Start exercise, drink plenty of water and other liquids, practice meditation, yoga and consult a psychologist for psychotherapy. You should be well within some months.
