Could Vomiting And Tiredness Be Sure Signs Of Pregnancy?

I have took my pill for 1 month and on sunday took my last one for my 7 day break. I have been vomiting and feeling very tired for 5 days. I have no signs of a bleed and have had sex twice this week. Could i be pregnant? I took a text on wednesday that was negative. But didnt use the first urine of the day.

10. Food aversions
9. Mood swings
8. Abdominal bloating
7. Frequent urination
6. Fatigue
5. Tender, swollen breasts
4. Nausea
3. A missed period
2. Your basal body temperature stays high
