Could Watery Stools In A Baby Be Due To Teething?

Hello. My baby is 23 weeks. For the last few days he has been passing very watery stools several times a day. I m assuming this is related to teething? We ve had the odd tantrum and crying but nothing too severe. Usually I would change a soiled nappy once a day now it seems to be at least 5.
