Could Wheezing, Nausea And Bodyache Be Symptom Of Pneumonia?
My heart is beating hard my chest is moving out I had the flu and then it turned into a cold and iamb wheezing terribly I don t know if it s pneumonia or not, what do you think I should do my nose is running I m nauseous head hurts bodyaches reason terribly I m 52 years old
Thanks for your question on HCM. Lung infections are very common after upper respiratory tract infection (URTI). And in old age( age more than 59) chances are even high. So possibility of lung infection is there in your case. Lung infection can be either 1. Bronchitis 2. Pneumonia And both cause rapid heart rate, coughing, wheezing, nausea etc. So better to consult pulmonologist and get done 1. Chest x ray 2. PFT ( pulmonary function test). Chest x ray is needed to rule out pneumonia. PFT is needed to rule out bronchitis. So consult pulmonologist first and get your self diagnosed, than start treatment accordingly.
