Could White Spot On Palate Of A Teething Child Suggest Oral Thrush?

HI My little girl of 15month has one white spot on her palate behind her front teeth. She is teething at the moment, recently got both bottom molars and I think now the top ones are on the way.......could she have oral thrush? I thought it was only younger babies who got this. She has been having 3 bowel movements a day, some with mucus and sometimes diarrhea. I put all this down to teething. Sometimes fussy but generally in good form. No temperature.
Thank you for your advice
