Could You Give Tips To Relieve Lower Pelvic Pain After Appendectomy?

Hi, i had an appendectomy 5 months ago, but still feel pain at my lower right pelvic region and the area where they stitched hurts somethings like a stinging pain especially when i drive and i have severe pain when i use the toilet inside my anus, ive done sit baths and used suppositories but the pain persist, plus i have suffered from pile for about 3 years, please could u give me tips on how to relieve all the pain. thank you female from nigeria.

Thank you for consulting HCM.
For pain relief you can take tablet Diclofenac three times a day, and get your scar checked by your GP. It might be that the scar is weak and it hurts because of exertion. Also get a proctoscopy done to rule out any 1st or 2nd degree hemorrhoids that might be causing Anal pain.
