You need to see the Doctor regarding ruling out Varicose veins. You can try elevation of the feet about 2 feet high to help with relief and also keep pushing your feet downwards and up, like you do on a gas pedal in a car. This helps to improve blood circulation in the legs. You nned to take an X-ray of your feet to rule out CALCANEAL SPUR which is known to occur in women standing for long hours. The other possible cause could be compression of the nerves in the foot. You may try a pain killer like T.Diclofenac 75 mg after a meal, not more than two tablets a day. Kindly discuss with your Doctor about the possible diagnosis and management.
