Cramps, Spotting During Pregnancy. Back Pain, Nausea, Feel Depressed, Breathlessness. Worried?

Hi I m pregnant just found out but haven t seen my dr yet ...... I ve cramping a lot and spotted for the past 2 days my lower back pain and nausea all day won t let me sleep I m tired and sleepy all the time and I can t even get up off bed I feel extremely depressed and lately I ve been running out of breath too. What could be wrong with me, should I worry ?

Hello,
All these symptoms could be due to early pregnancy.
But, any kind of spotting or bleeding in pregnancy needs evaluation,other than implantation spotting which occurs around the time of expected period.
You have not mentioned your last period date.
I would suggest you to consult your doctor and fix an appointment for USG.
Also, start taking folic acid.
