Cramps When Urinating, Painful Bowel Movements. What Is Wrong?
Hi there, i wanted to speak to someone because im having very sharp cramping when i pee or use and musles in that area so at the moment its to painful to poop. I do have my period but i dont usually get cramping with my period and ive had this problem before when i wasnt on my period and did nothing about it but now its worse and lasting longer. Its been painful forabout 3 days now. I dont know whats wrong?

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have severe pain while passing urine ( Dysuria).
Most likely this could be due to acute Urinary Tract Infection (UTI).
Please get your routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to.
Please take broad spectrum antibiotics and urinary antiseptics like Nitrofurantoin c twice daily along with urine alkaliser .
Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.
With this treatment This problem will get resolved within one week.
