Crashed A Go Cart And Felt Nautilus During A Ride In The Car And Almost Vomited And Got A Mild Headache. Is It Concussion?

I crashed a go cart in a wall and was going fast. I did not hit my head or anything since I was buckled in and I was wearing a helmet.. About 5 minutes later I felt tingling in my fingers. An hour or so later I began feeling nautilus during the ride home. I get car/motion sickness fairly easily but usually only when I read or focus on something in the car. I almost vomited when I got home after lying down for a few minutes. I also have a minor headache although i have had minor headaches on and off for the few days and i am jot sure why. Do I have a concussion?

Hi. It was good that you had a belt and a helmet. The problem arises when you are moving and hit a stationary object, in your case a wall. One gets what is called a whip-lash injury, that is the body remains stationary but there is sudden movement of head over a stationary body and can very well cause either a neck injury and / or a concussion as you are suspecting. You need a Medical attention to see / rule out these injuries.
