Crohn's Disease In Small Intestine, Stomach Ache, Vomiting, Lumps On Stomach. Cure?

I have chrons disease in my small intenstine. I had severe stomach cramps and threw up all last night, and today i would have random lumps appear in my stomach and then go away. Is this a serious matter?

Thanks for query.crohns is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease.off course those symptoms may be dangerous as abscess perforation are common in crohns disease.consult a gastroenterologist.regards
