Crunching In Hip Joint After Stretching Split. Painful When Extending Hip Backwards
Hi, i was stretching my split which i can normally do about 3 inches beyond straight, and when i leaned forward, there was a loud crunching sound in my hip joint , and slight discomfort in the posterior area of the joint. i released the stretch, and felt weak but no pain, but slowly it has started to hurt more. the pain is not weight-bearing dependent, really it just hurts when i extend the hip backwards.
