Ct Scan Required If Having Blurred Vision After Head Injury?

My gf did a faceplant last night and hit her forehead hard wtih a knot near her temple. no vomiting, kept her awake for 2 hrs after then hourly. treating with ice packs and ibuprofen 600mg. its been 15 hrs or so and she complains about blurry vision at a distance and is dizzy if she tries tosit up. should i continue to monitor her till tomorrow if it doesnt get worse or does she need a ct now?

if she has blurry vision after hitting forehead, There may be a possibility of counter coup injury to brain involving frontal and occipital part of brain. occipital part of brain control vision.
I advise you to get NCCT Head as soon as possible.
