Cypon Drops Can Be Given To Infant Along With Breast Milk And Is There Any Side Effect?

What are the side effects of Cypon ?
hi sir, my baby girl is nine months old, I fed her only breast milk till six months old. So she has no appetite to eat others except my breast milk, including milk powder she also doesn't eat. So can I give her 1 ml CYPON DROPS daily?

Hi Dear
Welcome to the HCM.
Cypon drops in such a small child to be avoided.
Side effects are excessive drowsiness.
The moment you will stop the cypon drops ,baby will stop eating.
With six month of age weaning should be started (means addition of semisolids)
Usually babies feel hunger but they have to taught to take semisolids and habit of eating semisolids to be developed.
Taste of semisolids to be developed.
Instead of cypon drops please add multivitamin drops,iron drops, vitamin D drops to you child. these drops are really required, and they also increase the appetite
