Hi,
If ovulation did not happen with clomiphene, it is likely that you may be experiencing some withdrawal bleeding. If ovulation did occur and conception did not take place, you should have had a normal period. So, in the current scenario, it could be either an implantation bleed or withdrawal bleed. A repeat pregnancy test coupled with a trans-vaginal sonogram should help in clarifying the issue. Meanwhile, please do not stress, avoid lifting weights and intercourse. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
