OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Next choice is an emergency contraceptive pill. Following taking this, most women get a withdrawal bleeding within 7-10 days due to effect of the pill. It is a normal phenomena.

However, your upcoming period may be delayed for 1-2 weeks. I suggest to do one home pregnancy test if it is delayed more than 1 wk.

Maintain genital hygiene. Practice safe sex. Good luck.
