Dark Colored Urine (like Coke), Dizziness And Stomach Discomfort. What Does It Indicate?

I am a male 49 years of age. Today I got dizzy while sitting at my desk. I them went to the bathroom and my urine was very dark. I drunk a coke before, and it seemed like the coke just came out right in my urine. It was that dark. No burning but felt pressure in my abdominal area. What could this be? First time this has happened.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The dark discolouration of the urine may indicate blood in the urine.
There are different possible causes of blood in the urine including infections, stone, trauma, bleeding disorders, inflammatory conditions of any aspect of the urinary tract.

The infection is less likely in the absence of burning or any discomfort on urination.

It would be best to visit your doctor for an assessment which would include physical examination, urine analysis and possibly blood tests. If a stone is suspected, imaging would be needed.

I hope this helps
