Dark Patches Under Skin, Located Both Sides Above Collar Bone
Slightly dark patches under skin , located both sides above collar bone 14 year old girl, has slightly dark patches under the skin, on both sides above her collar bone. They do have some pain when touched. she says they have been like this for a while and hasn t been injured by anyone or anything. What could this be or have you heard of this before??
hello,
dark patches on both sides can be due to various reasons.
it could be hyperpigmentation, or sun burn, or an allergic reaction to jewellery or an infection.
since it is associated with pain it looks more like infection,
i would advise you to consult a dermatologist in this regard.
take care and wish you a speedy recovery
