Hi,

There is a chance of you having a systemic inflammation that is causing these dark spots and hives all over. You need to get certain serology tests to look for this especially ANA, APLS antibody, VDRL etc.

The underlying cause need to be treated for you to get away with the dark spots and hives.

Get well soon.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Dr. Shanthi
