Dark Spots Near Eyes. Feel Bruised When Hot. How Do I Take Care?

I have dark spots on both side of my face near the eyes. The weird thing is that when the temperature is low, it is barely visible. But when I m in a place where it is hot, humid or i m sweating, the dark spot becomes black and it looks as if am bruised. Also in the dark spot, there are black dots which looks like black heads, and I can feel the spots when I touch it. Can you tell me what it is and how to take care of it?

Hello.i think it is dur to photodermatoses.apply sunscreen in the morning and momate ointment in the night antihistamine.oral antibiotic and antioxidant are needed
