Dark Stool, Dizziness, Pressure On Left Side Of Stomach, Fever. Food Poisoning?
Hi- This morning I woke up with terrible shutters, dark stool and dizzy faintess. I wad was able to mitigated those symptoms for 6hrs where I couldn't move. After that time period I drank some sprite and decided to try eating something...I ended up expelling large amounts of dark with some red blood clumps. Felt better after and have thrown up one small amount after drinking gatorade with no blood. Currently feel pressure on left side of my stomach and a little fever with minor shaking. Im also completely drained. My fiancé thinks it's food poisoning. Thoughts?

This constitutes a medical emergency and should therefore, NOT BE TAKEN LIGHTLY. I may be wrong, but a timely remedy will avert a more serious condition later.
Please consult a Gastroenterologist URGENTLY and get hospitalized if asked for. The quantum of bleeding cannot be estimated on the basis of your description.
