Daughter Aged 7 Has Been Feeling Nauseated

My daughter aged 7 has been feeling nauseatic since last few days.Thus is not taking proper diet . Please advise.

if ur baby is 7 months old give drop motinorm 8drops 3 times for 2-3days. if 7yrs old give tab DOM dt 5mg 3 times for 2-3 days. if loose motion is also give tab sporlac 2 times daily for 3 days.
