Deafness And Ulcers In Ear, Pain In Neck, Eye And Head. Is It Due To Trauma?

Hi ive been suffering ear problems for past 2 weeks iam 25 my syptoms are Deafness in my right ear 90% Deafness in my left ear 40% Head cheek eye and neck pain all on right side Pain in my ears Ulcers in inner ear cannal. Pressure in ears,dizziness my doctor spotted blood in left ear n said it was due 2 trauma I said had nt put nothing there other den cotton balls

ADD ANTI ALLERGICS TO DECREASE SECRETION OF SINUSES AND PRESSURE
APPLY NEOMYCIN H OINTMENT IN NOSE AND SEA WATER IN EACH NOSE 2 DROPS AT NIHGT TO CLEAR THE TUBES OF EARS
ADD ANALESIC SOS
A SHORT COURSE OF STEROIDS WILL HELP TO RECOVER THE DEAFNESS EARLY
IT MAY STILL TAke 2-3 week
apply neomycin h ointment in ecternal auditory canal
