Deep Black Mark On Lips And Smiling Curve. How To Get Rid Of It?

Hi Dr. I am from Tamilnadu, India. I have deep black mark on either side of my lips and smiling curve. How to get rid of this effectively and immediately? I need a solution for this, vexed up after trying few remedies. Any ointment or any home effective remedy to react fast? I am fair, it makes me look awkward. Waiting for ur help.

Hi dark black spots on the smiling curve of the lips can be due to excessive wet condition due to drooling of saliva.or due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation due to earlier herpes labialis infection.it can be treated with momate ointment in the morning and trio o bloc ointment in the night.if no response try tacrolimus ointment at night
