Degeneration Of Sacroiliac Joint, L5 S1 Radiculopathy Bilaterally, Foot Pain, Vacuum Lumbosacral Discs Leaking Nitrogen Bubbles

In a cat scan that was taken, the scan showed that I have degeneration of my sacroiliac joint. I also have chronic L5 S1 radiculopathy bilaterally from electrodiagnostic study. I also have chronic foot pain. This could be from sacroiliac joint dysfunction, but how can the doctors tell if I have a infection. I also have vacuum Lumbosacral discs leaking nitrogen bubbles in my back. I am tremendous amount of pain.

Hi, you have degeneration of the sacro iliac joint, and L5, S1 radiculopathy. You have the pain of the foot, it has no direct relation to the above findigs, but it may be secondary to them.
I to my patient with such symptoms prescribe neurotrophic injections for 10 consecutive days, and one injection every week,antiinflamatories for a 10 days. Thank you.
