Dehydrated, Unconsciousness, Heat. Used A Sunbed. What Happened?
got a sunbed today for 9 mins had one two days ago for 6 and never burned or tanned. i could only feel it hot on my back today never lasted full time as it was tht hot it was painfull. came out fine then after few hrs back and bottom are bright red and in agaony. i feel very deydrated and felt as though i was going to faint. why is this?

hi, the exposure to extreme high temperature will lead to the series of problems like heat exhaustion/heat cramps/heat syncope etc.. you seems to have heat exhaution. the treatment is rehydration and rest.. if you have skin rashes, take local antibiotics. get one electrolyte test done, and correction to be made based on the report by the physician. take lots of water. all the very best.
