Delayed Period, Have Menstrual Pain. What Medication Can I Take?
i was expecting my periods to happen yesterday, however it hasn t yet. The menstrual pain is killing me. Can you please advice on a tablet that i can have which can expedite me having period instantly..like now. Please suggest a tablet without any future side affects. By the way, i am married and am not pregnant yet.Also i am based out of Hyderabad, India.

The pain that you have is a part of the pre menstrual syndrome. This can be helped by taking an over the counter anti spasmodic and pain killer like mefenamic acid with drotaverine. Doing a hot fomentation will also help.
