Delayed Periods. Have Gastrointestinal Issues. Having Distention And Strange Crawling Sensations In Stomach. Suggest

My gynecologist appointment is 3 weeks away. It has been 5 months since my last period, and I'm having increasing pain near my ovaries just within the past week. I have had blood work done- hormones were normal, pregnancy is negative, possible moderate leukopenia. I have had regular periods up until now. I have had gastrointestinal issues which may or may not be related. I had bright blood in stool 3 weeks ago and have not been able to defecate since- I only managed twice with the assistance of a stool softener and laxatives, and it took almost 2 days for them to work. I have had extreme distention and strange crawling sensations in my stomach. I have been told that my coloring looks "off", and I'm more purple under the eyes than usual. I have had more muscle/bone cramping than usual, and am very fatigued. Urination is normal. No vomiting. Brown spotting 6 weeks after my last period, lasting for about 7 days.
