Delayed Periods, Heartburn, Diarrhoea, Tiredness. Pregnant?

Hi, I am wondering about whether or not I am pregnant. I am over a week late, I took a test at 7 days and it was negative. I have been dealing with heartburn (which I always get when I m stressed) diarrhea and a bit tired. No other symptoms. I am under probably the most stress I have ever been under and am wondering if it could attribute to all this. Any help is appreciated

Hi,
A negative pregnancy test taken one week after a missed period rules out a pregnancy. Stress can lead to an early or delayed period. If you do not get your period in another week, consult your doctor as you may need further investigation like a blood test or a sonogram. Try to eat healthy and maintain a healthy body weight. Do some regular daily exercise and avoid stress. Good luck.
