Delayed Periods, Light Cramping, Bloated And Tired. Pregnancy Tests Negative. Need To See A Doctor?

Hi, I am two weeks late with my period. I was supposed to get it on march around March 19th but it never arrived. I have been feeling light cramping here and there for the past 2 weeks but nothing. I've been feeling tired and bloated. I've never gone over 2 days late without getting my period. I took 2 pregnancy tests but it came out negative. Should I make an appointment with my doctor?

Hi,

Thanks for the query.

If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, then there is possibility of pregnancy.

Sometimes urine pregnancy test kits may not detect early pregnancy.

So if you are having suspicion of pregnancy, consult gynecologist and go for blood test for pregnancy.

Blood test will give accurate result compared with urine test.
