Delayed Periods, Sore Breasts And Twinges On The Uterus. Not Pregnant. What Are The Other Factors Causing These Symptoms?

I am 3 days late for my period. I keep having twinges on the left side of my uterus , my breasts are sore, I have been very nauseous, and we did have unprotected sex around the time that I was ovulating. I took a pregnancy test two days ago and again this mornigna and they were both negative. I am wondering if there is something else that could be causing this?

Hi,
Sometimes home pregnancy test won't come positive in early pregnancy. You can do two things. First: if you are very anxious, do blood beta hCG test. Second is to wait for another 5-7 days & repeat urine pregnancy test.
