Depression, Suicidal Thoughts, Mood Swings

Hello , i know in depressed haven't been off my chair in 2 weeks haven't eaten much either i've also been having suicidal thoughts, i just want to know if i could have bipolar , my moods change quite alot from feeling like being king of the world to not wanting to move , some weeks i can be full of energy then crash bad , also i can be having a very good week then have a drink(which i don't do much) and crash with not so nice effects on others and the worst thing is ii don't even remember what happens at all , in not looking for sympathy which some people think i just hate these feeling that constantly happen and i have no control over

Hi, it appears that you are in a split personality, and if continues with out treatment may lead to the scizophrenia, I advise you to consult a psychologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I advise you to practice yoga, meditation, reading books, and hearing music. Try to not to be alone.Thank you.
