Hi,

Noted the history about our Granny having multiple problems. Also noted the medication history of Pacimol of r fever, Emigo. Zapiz 0.25, B-plex forte.
You have not mentioned any medications for tuberculosis as she has been diagnosed to have tuberculosis.
If she is vomiting on bite of food and not taking or tolerating anything orally then obviously she needs to be admitted to the hospital for fluid and electrolyte replacement as this may avoid dehydration and electrolyte imbalance.
Get started on anti-tubercular medications after liver functions and other blood test. Also insist for normal hemoglobin and protein levels in blood for proper recovery.
Also needed is a PPI like Omeprazole and Domperidone for control of nausea and vomiting.
Hepato-protective medications.
All these thing will lead to a proper management and rest of the treatment as guided by further investigations and clinical evaluation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Dr. T Chandrakant,
