Diabetic. Creatine 5.9 And Urea 60. Has Dry Cough, Itching And Vomiting. Taking Lasix, Razo, Monit And Amlong. Advice?

My father is a diadetic , 63 yrs of age and we had gone with blOod test serum ceretinine is 5.9 and urea is 60 ultrasound is corticomedullary differention is lost with grade iii parenchymal disease.he is having dry cough,itching in wholE body and yesterday didn't passed stools, sometimes while having food feels lijke volmiting.we showed to dr he started with lasix and razo and continued with previous drugs monit,amlong,ecosprin insulin 12/12.

SINCE THERE IS NO ACUTE CAUSES, AND ULTRASOUND IS ALSO REVEALING VITAL INFORMATION ABOUT KIDNEY ANATOMY. RAISED CREATININE IS DUE TO CKD.
YOU CAN CONTINUE INSULIN, ECOSPRIN AND AMLONG SHOULD BE CONTINUED ONLY IF YOU HAVE SIGNS OF FLUID RETENTION.
YOU CAN START CILIDIPINE 5 MG OR 10 MG TWO TIMES A DAY. IT IS SAFE TOO.

It would help if a Nephrologist was consulted and dialysis considered as he appears to be in renal failure.A kidney transplant may be considered.
