Diabetic, Chest Cavity Building Up Fluids After By-pass Surgery. Getting Concerned As Culture Report Positive

I had by-pass surgery two years ago and my chest cavity is still building up fluids, I recently had a muscle flap put over the area of the wound that has lasted three months I just had the area drained again. Preliminary cultures come back positive.
I am a diabetic and the wound did get infected when I had the original surgery.
Everybody id scratching their heads and I starting to get very concerned

You did not say anything about the positive result for what the result cams positive? if it is positive in whatever pathology now it has to be treated accordingly I would have give you better advise if the culture report given in details have nice day.
