Diabetic Having Pain In Left Shoulder And Arms With Sticky Cough
I have pain in left shoulder and arms, and have persistent sticky cough in the morning.I always want to clear my throat. Coughing is from last six months, which increases in the morning when i wake-up. I 35 yrs old and diabetic from last 8 yrs. My legs feels numb when i drink alcohol.
There are three problems i your case. In shoulder you are having impingement syndrome. For confirmation get MRI of the shoulder. If it shows any tear then you will need steroid injection or may be surgery. for cough it may be chest infection. Please get a chest x ray and if it is showing infection then you need to take antibiotics. Numbness is due to diabetic neuropathy and it needs vitamin B 12 for 3 months and good sugar control.
